Production in Italy resumes

After a long period of uncertainty, there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel. First and foremost, we would like to thank our customers for their overwhelming support and understanding.

After several letters of recommendation from our customers to the Italian government and after repeated justifications regarding their systemic importance, RIVACOLD SrL resumed production two weeks ago in Italy at 30% capacity. In order to meet the necessary requirements, a mobile laboratory was set up in front of the company where employees are tested for antibodies. Depending on the state of their upstream suppliers, RIVACOLD is planning to ramp up production step by step starting next week.

At our office in Fellbach, the majority of our staff continues to work at full speed. We process all orders and try to offer alternative solutions from our warehouse. At the same time we stand by our Italian colleagues as we keep our customers informed about further developments.

We have been able to deliver again for a few days now, not with full capacity, but we encourage you to keep having faith in our company. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for supporting and understanding!
