WILL THE PRICES CHANGE?

The prices will remain. The customer service in the constellation up to now was manufacturer related from the sales team at Cool Italia GmbH. This is also the same team as under RIVACOLD CI GmbH and CI GmbH Control Instruments

The customer service for all areas will continue to be provided by the same contact partner you had up to now.

ARE YOU 100% OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF RIVACOLD AND DIXELL

A company take-over is not something that happens from one day to the next. We have laid the foundation stone so that we ensure with our first step that we belong to and that we are called RIVACOLD. With respect to DIXELL, the name is a brand from Emerson and can therefore only be used as a brand in the company’s new public presence.

HOW IT CAME ABOUT THE CI IN BOTH COMPANY NAMES?

  • CI as control instruments for the brand DIXELL
  • CI as a homage to the 25th anniversary of the founding of Cool Italia GmbH
  • CI as corporate identity for both public presences

WILL YOU ALSO CONTINUE TO SELL THE PRODUCT PEGO?

We will of course continue to sell the product PEGO. We have already received the confirmation from the new owner CASTEL that we will continue to be the exclusive distributor for this product in the German speaking countries. It is sold via RIVACOLD CI GmbH.

DO I NEED TO CREATE TWO SUPPLIERS?

Yes, this is unfortunately necessary, and we regret that this may mean additional short-term administrative efforts for you

DO WE NEED TO SUBMIT SEPARATE ORDERS?

We would welcome this, obviously. During a transition period, we will keep all contract-orders with positions for the brands Rivacold and Dixell separate on contract-order confirmation. However, it is absolutely necessary for our customers to keep orders separate in the future.

WILL YOU BE CHANGING YOUR BUSINESS PREMISES?

We will increase the size of our business premises but will not change our location.

WHAT MOTIVATED THIS STEP?

You can read the explanation in our official letter. The request received from large OEM customers and the desire to receive customer service directly from the manufacturer are what motivated us to make this decision in conjunction with our suppliers. Fundamentally, this step is to consolidate the customer relationships and intensify the cooperation. On the whole, taking this step increases the flexibility of the preliminary work provided to our clients, both for national as well as projects throughout Europe.

WILL THE E-MAIL ADDRESSES CHANGE?

Yes, the e-mail addresses of your contacts will change from @coolitalia.de to

  • @rivacold.de all inquiries regarding RIVACOLD and PEGO and
  • @dixell.de for all inquiries regarding DIXELL
